ABOUT SAMMY ROSE

My name is Jenny Brandt, I am a photographer/blogger and also run this store. I live in the southern part of Sweden with Jens Grönberg, an illustrator. We have a daughter named Viola and we are expecting a baby boy in the beginning of 2010.

When our daughter Viola, was born, I started to sell baby tees that Jens had designed, and now we also have Jens illustrations and my photographs.

Every year we visit family in Nebraska, USA. The store is named after one family member who inspires us very much: my niece Samantha Rose. We are very influenced by the American trash culture, and spend a great deal of time in front of the TV, usually we watch stuff from the 80´s: Dallas, Wrestling, or just TV carnage.
